Eric van Asselt, CEO of the CNC Group, announces decision to stand down. Hildo Brilleman intended to join as the new CEO 1st April
With a strong commitment and passion over the last 5 years, Eric has been instrumental in growing and professionalising the CNC Group (CNC). Under his leadership, key operational and commercial improvements have been successfully realised and as a result, the company now stands on a solid and professional foundation for the future.
Eric has, together with the leadership team, developed a strategic plan for the company to substantially grow in the next 3 years with the aim to become a leading player in the European mushroom industry.
As part of the strategic discussions, Eric has decided to step down as CEO of CNC. The owner of CNC, an affiliate of Sun European Partners (Sun) and Eric have therefore jointly decided to look for a new director and Eric has now handed over all current affairs to the management team of the CNC group.

Introducing Hildo Brilleman, our intended new CEO
We welcome Hildo Brilleman, our new CEO who’s intended to join us on 1st April.
Hildo has a strong background in crop protection and the agricultural input space. In his current role, he oversees Nufarm's European business, encompassing manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing and corporate functions. Besides a strong commercial and operational background, he has several times in his career been driving large organizational transformations through his strong strategic vision and effective leadership and guidance.
Hildo is known for his natural ability to inspire and drive meaningful change through his focus on people and personal engagement.
