Eric van Asselt besluit af te treden, Hildo Brilleman beoogde nieuwe CEO
Met een sterke betrokkenheid en passie heeft Eric de afgelopen 5 jaar een belangrijke rol gespeeld in de groei en professionalisering van de CNC Group (CNC). Onder zijn leiding zijn belangrijke operationele en commerciële verbeteringen succesvol gerealiseerd en staat het bedrijf nu op een solide en professionele basis voor de toekomst.
Eric heeft samen met het leiderschapsteam een strategisch plan ontwikkeld om het bedrijf de komende 3 jaar substantieel te laten groeien met als doel een toonaangevende speler te worden in de Europese paddenstoelenindustrie.
Als onderdeel van de strategische besprekingen heeft Eric besloten af te treden als CEO van CNC. De eigenaar van CNC, een dochteronderneming van Sun European Partners (Sun), en Eric hebben daarom gezamenlijk besloten op zoek te gaan naar een nieuwe directeur en Eric heeft alle lopende zaken overgedragen aan het managementteam van de CNC Group.

We heten Hildo Brilleman welkom, onze nieuwe beoogde CEO die op 1 april bij ons in dienst treedt.
Hildo heeft een sterke achtergrond in gewasbescherming en de agrarische sector. In zijn huidige rol leidt hij de Europese activiteiten van Nufarm, die productie, supply chain, verkoop, marketing en corporate functies omvatten. Naast een sterke commerciële en operationele achtergrond, heeft hij in zijn carrière meerdere keren grote organisatorische transformaties aangestuurd op basis van zijn sterke strategische visie en effectieve leiderschap.
Hildo staat bekend om zijn natuurlijke vermogen om te inspireren en betekenisvolle verandering teweeg te brengen door zijn focus op mensen en persoonlijke betrokkenheid.

Hildo Brilleman intended to join as the new CEO 1st April
With a strong commitment and passion over the last 5 years, Eric has been instrumental in growing and professionalising the CNC Group (CNC). Under his leadership, key operational and commercial improvements have been successfully realised and as a result, the company now stands on a solid and professional foundation for the future.
Eric has, together with the leadership team, developed a strategic plan for the company to substantially grow in the next 3 years with the aim to become a leading player in the European mushroom industry.
As part of the strategic discussions, Eric has decided to step down as CEO of CNC. The owner of CNC, an affiliate of Sun European Partners (Sun) and Eric have therefore jointly decided to look for a new director and Eric has now handed over all current affairs to the management team of the CNC group.

We welcome Hildo Brilleman, our new CEO who’s intended to join us on 1st April.
Hildo has a strong background in crop protection and the agricultural input space. In his current role, he oversees Nufarm's European business, encompassing manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing and corporate functions. Besides a strong commercial and operational background, he has several times in his career been driving large organizational transformations through his strong strategic vision and effective leadership and guidance.
Hildo is known for his natural ability to inspire and drive meaningful change through his focus on people and personal engagement.
